Tubuai

The island of abundance

Where do you want to go ?

Its inhabitants live from agriculture thanks to a wide coastal plain allowing food and horticultural production (potatoes, carrots, taros, yams, etc.), there is also an abundance of coffee trees and wild orange trees. It is on these lands that the Bounty mutineers took up residence to hide.

Exceptional panoramas

Hike to Mount Taitaa (highest peak on the island) at an altitude of 422 meters which offers a splendid view of the Tubuai lagoon and the Pacific Ocean.
Bike ride on the coastal road, warm and transparent waters of its magnificent blue lagoon and its numerous Motu (islets) which are full of multicolored tropical fish, clams and lobsters inviting you to snorkel and swim.
